Description
Join me for an intimate, hands-on cooking experience inspired by the French “pique-nique” tradition. After preparing the meal together, we’ll savor the delicious results on the farmhouse lawn, accompanied by wine and lively conversation. It’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon with friends (or make new ones!) while honing your culinary skills. Ages 21+.
On the menu:
- Zucchini Scallion Fritters
- Boneless Fried Chicken with Wasabi Honey, Crunchy Asian Slaw and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
- Blueberry and Peach Galette with Fresh Whipped Cream
This class will happen rain or shine! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move our dining experience to the screened-in porch.
