We offer cooking classes in the Hudson Valley and in France—inspired by the seasons and what is available locally. We teach a balanced approach to eating, and make it fun and enjoyable. Classes are taught by chef Tess Kelly in the Hudson Valley, New York City, and in France. They are hands-on and lots of fun! She offers in-home private classes, and public classes in the Hudson Valley.

Learn new creative dishes and techniques from beginner to advanced. From the comfort of your own kitchen. Available for groups up to four people, or one on one.
The menus will include dishes from France, Morocco, and India. The class will be 2.5 hours long.
